How the process works

Property Owners

Property Owners offer to sell equity stakes either whole or in part as it relates to their real property. Once the the property owner agrees to sell shares of their property, the IFCL team converts that equity/share(s) into digital tokens that have an actual value and representation of the equity/shares that the property owner is looking to sell. Once these tokens are created that represent the equity/shares of the property owner, IFCL sends a notification to a list of private investors that buys or either lends against these tokens and the property owner receives their cash.
